Back-Ordered Items and Product Substitutions

In case the silver jewelry item ordered is not in stock, we will notify you upon receipt of your order. We generally keep stock of all items in stock, but in case have to substitute back-ordered items with similar  merchandise, we will notify you and offer you options.

If instructed not to substitute, we will ship all in-stock items right away and ship any back-ordered items as soon as we receive them. Your credit card will not be charged for back-ordered items until we ship them.
